COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

For over twenty years British Land and the Regent’s Place Management team have worked with the local communities around Regent’s Place. Currently there is an active and growing community project programme, which encourages the continued regeneration of the surrounding area, and supports our aim of building long term relationships with those living near the estate.

In recognition of this, British Land recently was given the Royal Town Planning Institute’s Sustainable Communities Award 2010 for regeneration at Regent’s Place, reflecting the continued positive contribution that British Land has made to the communities around Regent's Place.
