Development
With the completion of 10 and 20 Triton Street, the estate now comprises 1.5 million sq ft of office, retail and leisure space. Over the next few years, the estate is set to nearly double in size and will become home to around 14,000 workers and residents.
Public realm
The masterplan is having a transformative effect at Regent's Place, with enhanced pedestrian routes, an extended retail mix, a new public square, remodelling of the existing public space, more public art and extensive re-landscaping.
