This Travel Plan covers office and retail businesses at 350 and 338 Euston Road, 1, 2 & 4 Triton Square and Euston Tower within the Regent's Place estate.
It complements Travel Plans developed for commercial and residential occupiers at the One Osnaburgh Street and NEQ developments that are also located at Regent's Place.
The Regent's Place Travel Plan is a long term management strategy for the site that seeks to deliver sustainable transport objectives through actions that are regularly reviewed.
It provides a framework for delivering new transport initiatives to assist visitors and staff who travel to and from Regent's Place to use sustainable modes.
This sets a context for the Regent's Place occupiers to adopt their own site-specific mode share targets and measures that will encourage sustainable travel behaviour at the workplace level.
The Plan focuses initially on employee commuting journeys; business and visitor travel as this delivers the most significant benefits in the short term. Some consideration is also given to servicing and deliveries.
