Join us at sunrise and prepare for the day ahead with a fast-flowing calm and control session focusing on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing.

Expect sweat, static holds, playful flows, all set to uplifting music.

Early morning yoga is proven to increase concentration and focus throughout the day, as well as relieving stress and fatigue; a perfect start to a mid-winter Wednesday.

Join wellbeing and mindfulness coach, Charlotte Wiseman, in our Mind & Body Studio for a free morning workshop.

X-FIT FOR THE MIND™ is an evidence-based mental fitness classes shown to reduce stress, boost motivation and enhance relationships.

In this session we will explore communication skills and forgiveness, understanding their role in our physical health, mental fitness and daily performance.

Join us at sunset and unwind after a long day with a session focusing on strength, meditation and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing.

This class will flow slowly through sun salutations and postures designed to build internal heat slowly and gently.

Meditation and breath work techniques will promote relaxation, with theclass concluding with Restorative Yoga postures which settle the body and mind.
