Regent’s Place is partnering with the National Literacy Trust to host a free storytelling event for children under five living in London’s West End and the surrounding areas.

Taking place from 10am–12pm on Thursday 27th June, children and parents are invited to the campus to enjoy a collection of tales read by a professional storyteller. The session will be held at 17-19 Triton Street, next to New Diorama Theatre, and will be interactive, with kids encouraged to join in with the stories.

There will also be free face painting to turn children into their favourite fictional characters, and kids who attend will be given a book to take away and enjoy at home (whilst stocks last).

The event is part of the Young Readers Programme, an award-winning initiative run in partnership with the National Literacy Trust and British Land. The programme works to improve children’s literacy skills by encouraging them to read for pleasure.

No sign up is required, just turn up on the day!
