Regent’s Place is a 13 acre estate, owned by British Land, which fronts onto the Euston Road between Great Portland Street and Warren Street tube stations in London’s West End.
Regent’s Place currently comprises approximately one million sq ft of office, retail and leisure accommodation, with around 7,000 workers on the estate. This is set to double in size over the next 5 years to two million sq ft with 14,000 workers and residents.
Regent’s Place One & Two form part of the next phase of development which is currently under construction. Together they will provide a total of 368,000 sq ft of new office accommodation:-
Regent’s Place One - 118,000 sq ft (10,963 sq m)
Regent’s Place Two - 250,000 sq ft (23,226 sq m)
Completion is due in Autumn 2009.
