Embrace an Urban Eden

Energised by the first shoots of spring and the buzz of a city waking up after winter, our new Urban Eden campaign is all about boosting the feelgood vibes for mind, body and spirit.

Unmissable events

It’s World Wildlife Day on 3rd March so we’ll be handing out bee and butterfly loving seeds for your window boxes or back garden while on 21st March AKA World Planting Day, you can pick up a free plant (choose from calming lavender, soothing aloe vera or air-cleaning spiderplants) for your desk to make it a happier and calmer space.

We’ve also got a host of amazing pop-ups including organic beauty and wellness from My Showcase, Asian-inspired treats from Kanmi Chocolate and charity book sales from The Book People.

The great outdoors

In April, head to our Pop-Up Garden In The Plaza which will bring greenery and colour to the heart of Regent’s Place. Created from recycled and repurposed materials and themed around What grows from your bin, it’s set to be a natural oasis in the city.

It’ll also be playing a backdrop to open-air workouts that are designed to engage and captivate - hula hooping, Parkour, hip hip yoga - move your body in a whole new way and discover an excellent new passion while you’re at it.

Soul-boosting workshops

Build a bug hotel; design your own terrarium; colour in a giant piece of art or take a smoothie-making class… Urban Eden will be bringing a huge selection of events to Regent’s Place so sign up for our newsletter or keep an eye on the What’s On section - and enjoy a season of happiness and wellness.
