WELCOME

Regent’s Place is a 13 acre, fully managed estate in London’s West End that is home to nearly 10,000 workers and residents.  Fronting onto the Euston Road, the estate benefits from being directly located between Great Portland Street and Warren Street underground stations.

The estate comprises 1.5 million sq ft of office and residential space, within seven prime commercial buildings and sixty luxury apartments.  In 2013 British Land will deliver a further 500,000 sq ft of new development, taking the estate to 2 million sq ft, with around 14,000 workers and residents.

At the heart of the estate is Regent’s Place Plaza, a place to meet, eat, drink and spend time.  In addition it plays host to an array of regular events, from food markets to salsa dancing.  Throughout Regent’s Place the open spaces and buildings are enhanced by numerous public art installations, from both internationally recognised names as well as young breakthrough artists commissioned by British Land.

To maintain the highest of standards and ensure a warm welcome, Regent’s Place has a dedicated management team that is on site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days of the year.

In addition to the vibrancy of Marylebone High Street and Charlotte Street that are close by, the beautiful expanse of Regent’s Park is on the doorstep, with 410 acres of park land, gardens and woodland, the Open Air Theatre, over 40 sports pitches, the canal, popular boating lake and world famous London Zoo.
