Welcome back to Regent’s Place. If you’re venturing back to the office or just in the neighbourhood, discover some of the ways we’re here to help boost your wellbeing – from bike hire to the best places to drink excellent coffee.
1. Grab a coffee and enjoy the sunshine
The perfect spot to catch up with a friend or take a breather from the hustle and bustle of London, Black Sheep Coffee is a cult favourite that serves up Robusta single origin specialty coffee from the mineral rich soils along the Bhadrariver belt in India which they describe as: “Double the caffeine, richer crema and lower acidity compared to its Arabica cousin, it features notes of hazelnut and dark chocolate”. Also serving up cold brews (with agave), smoothie bowls, beer, wine and cocktails, it’s a neighbourhood must-visit.
2. Hire a bike and explore the city
With TfL and Brompton Bikes available to hire from Regent’s Place (plus ample storage), we’ve put together some excellent routes so you can explore London using traffic-free routes that will let you see the city by canal or huge green spaces. Enjoy.
3. Visit House of Wisdom
Book social wellness space House Of Wisdom on a lunchtime and you can bring a friend for free with a brilliant two-for-one offer. All of House of Wisdom’s sessions are held in person at the studio from 12-9pm with classes including Crystal Bowls, Gong Baths, Reiki Meditation, Kundalini Yoga, Shamanic Healing, Breathwork and Guided Meditations; the perfect way to find some much-needed brain space.
4. Explore Regent’s Park
One of London’s most beautiful parks, Regent’s Park is only a short walk from Regent’s Place and features everything from the incredible views of Primrose Hill to the towering heads of giraffes peering over the fence from London Zoo. Hire a pedalo, take Instagram-friendly pictures of the rose garden or hunt out the bandstand. Grab lunch and coffees from Pret, Starbucks and Black Sheep Coffee and take yourself on a beautiful wander.
5. Get a much-needed haircut
Don Hairport is back so book in now for one of London’s best boutique hairdressers. Open for both men and women, reserve a colour, cut, wash and blow-dry and leave feeling like a totally new person.
