The Sessions at triton café have teamed up with FITWORKS to bring you alternating classes which will leave you feeling invigorated and energised.
All Body Strength Class
In this whole-body strength workout, you will use a mixture of bodyweight exercises and resistance bands to stimulate all the muscles in your body which will have you moving better and will raise your metabolism to get you feeling great!

HIIT, Endurance & Circuit Class
If you are looking to boost your metabolism, optimise your fat loss efforts and improve your cardiovascular system then come along to this sweat inducing and fun-filled class! The class will raise your heart rate and flood your body with endorphins using a mixture of high intensity and steady state methods as well as fun, functional circuits to leave you feeling invigorated and energised.
