Embrace an eco Valentine’s

Looking for somewhere original to grab breakfast or lunch together? The newly launched triton cafe (17-19 Triton Street, Regent's Place, NW1 3BF) has sustainability at the heart of everything it does. From recycled tables and seat tops made from yoghurt pots to breakfast and lunches made from wonky veg, this is the place to show some love on Valentine’s – to yourself and the planet. With incredible coffee and delicious fruit bowls and smoothies, this is the perfect place to kickstart Valentine’s together. @TritonCafe_NW1

Discover the wonders of Palentine’s

Valentine’s, Galentine’s… This year, Palentine’s is taking over as friends reinvent 14 February to celebrate their mates. And, what’s the perfect place to hang out? For post-work drinks and a late night (Valentine’s does fall on a Friday this year, after all), The Refinery at Regent’s Place (5 Brock St, Regent’s Place, NW1 3FG) has huge tables, excellent music, a long list of good cocktails, beers and wine plus a seriously enjoyable menu (from charcuterie and mezze plates to share via burgers and grain bowls). @therefineryregentsplace

Decorate your own Valentine’s chocolate

Impress your other half with your very own bespoke chocolate (genius!). As part of The Sessions at Regent's Place on Wednesday 12th February (from 1-2pm, £15), Bennett Hay, the fantastic team behind triton cafe, will be hosting a unique lunchtime workshop to celebrate Valentine’s Day. In this 60-minute masterclass you'll be shown how to decorate your own chocolate using fine piping techniques whilst enjoying a cup of their famed single origin hot chocolate by Kokoa Collection. Embrace a properly fun Friday night

For a night out together that’s got excellent drinks, food and atmosphere, The Union at Regent’s Place (11 Triton Street, Regent's Place, NW1 3BF) is the perfect spot for a Friday night on Valentine’s Day. With a tapas menu featuring Moroccan marinated chicken finished with tahini dressing and pomegranate seeds and salt and pepper calamari and desserts including incredible chocolate brownies and sticky toffee pudding; grab yourself a comfy seat and order one of their old-school cocktails (Negroni, Old Fashioned or Long Island Iced Tea) to just enjoy a night of love and good conversation surrounded by a team who really know what they’re doing. @theunionregents
