Heading back to the office at Regent’s Place

There’s a lot to be said for returning to the office (proper desks, no interruptions from flatmates and family, decent coffees and lunches at last). With that in mind, we’ve put together some useful information about returning to work at Regent’s Place – welcome back.

Getting here
If you’re rethinking your commute, see our Planning Your Visit page  for the quickest and easiest journeys from home to the office.

You could hire a bike from Brompton Bikes for one day or with annual membership at great rates. The lockers are located in front of Euston Tower and facing Euston Road and Warren Street Underground Station

Brompton bike hire lockers.

There are Santander bike docks at Warren Street and Hampstead Road and if you have your own bike, you can use the cycle racks located  around Euston Tower, in front of 350 Euston Road, along Brock Street or outside the Santander building. Email info@regentsplace.com for further details.

Enjoy your lunch with Nuvola
From authentic pasta plates of chicken ragu and Tuscan kale pesto, to artisan coffee and delicious salads, Nuvola’s lunches have been missed and they’re now open Monday to Friday from 9am-2pm.

They’re currently offering 20% off for NHS workers and those who live and work at Regent’s Place. You can make things even easier by ordering in advance – simply choose what you fancy from the menu and email salvatore@nuvola-food.com.

Pick up snacks at Pret and Sainsbury’s
If you’ve been hankering after Chicken Caesar & Bacon on artisan bread or a proper porridge with berry compote, Pret a Manger on the Plaza is now open for takeaway alongside Hampstead Road’s helpful Sainsbury’s. Keep an eye on our Now Open section at Regent’s Place as more of our regulars return.

Stay safe
We’ve created a whole host of new measures to ensure we create a safe environment for everyone who works and visits Regent’s Place. From observing social distancing across all buildings with helpful directional signage, Plexiglass and PPE for our teams, regular deep cleaning and hand sanitising points, we want to ensure that everyone feels confident and protected while they’re here. Read our FAQs or send us a message at info@regentsplace.com for more information.

Finally, don’t forget to put your wellbeing first
It’s safe to say 2020 has been a challenging year for everyone both physically and mentally. Nuffield Health have reported that 80% of people working from home say it has had a negative impact on their mental health so it’s really important that you take time to look after yourself as we continue to navigate a difficult time.

For ideas on how to look after your wellbeing, we’ve put together a guide about the benefits of taking time out of your day to recharge (after all Regent’s Park is on the doorstep), tips from FLYKICK on regular workouts plus why it’s important to eat well and rest well.

We’re also running online versions of The Sessions in September on lunar syncing to help you understand your hormones and the impact diet can have on cortisol levels plus the team have adapted their sessions for the home environment . Click here to find out more information. It’s good to welcome you back.
