10-weeks fitness for £20 at Regent's Place
The InnerGood Place fitness programmes at Regent's Place are back! We launch our autumn sessions for 10 weeks from wc 16 September - wc 18 November 2019 which will focus on your mind & body, and get you feeling fit and healthy.
The group training sessions led by a personal trainer or qualified instructor each week, where you’ll receive one-to-one expert advice and smash your fitness goals.
Open to all abilities, it’s just £20 for 10 weeks and all funds to straight into the Regent’s Place Community Fund so you also do your bit for local projects.

Join the InnerGood Place Cardio Club at Regent's Place with Personal Trainer, Chris Smith, at just £20 for 10 weeks. Workout in a group that meets every Wednesday afternoon, get expert advice and your mind & body feeling great.
The outdoor training sessions in and around Regent's Park are a great stress reliever after a tough day in the office. They’re about balance, stability, core strength and improving cardiovascular fitness.
The fitness programme will run on Wednesdays at 5.30-6.15pm, starting on Wednesday 18th September until 20th November.
Running Club with Soraya Merrylees | Thursdays 12.15-1pm
Join the InnerGood Place Running Club at Regent's Place with British Triathlon Coach and Personal Trainer, Soraya Merrylees, at just £20 for 10 weeks. Workout in a group that meets every Thursday lunchtime, get expert advice and your body feeling great.
The Running Club will journey through the leafy surroundings of Regent's Park for intervals and technique training - a perfect opportunity to get yourself out of the office with others runners and enjoy the fresh air. Soraya says: "It’s a running club but it’s not just about running. We’ll be doing intervals and running in loops so it doesn’t matter what your ability is and you won’t be hindered if you’re slow. It’s open to all abilities and you really don’t have to be a runner to join."

Bodyweight & Movement Club with Alex Sesto | Thursdays 6-7pm
Join the InnerGood Place Bodyweight & Movement Club at Regent's Place with Personal Trainer, Alex Sesto, at just £20 for 10 weeks. The training sessions will be a fun way to relieve any stress after a tough day in the office.
Alex will develop your understanding of how to control the body with more strength through a wider range of motion.
The fitness programme will run on Thursdays at 6-7pm, starting on Thursday 19th September until 21st November.
Keep active at Regent's Place
You can also keep active with other offerings at Regent's Place, that aim to promote health and wellbeing.

Regent's Park is a stone's throw away and boasts nearly 400 acres of open spaces with tree-lined pathways and gardens to walk, run and wander. It has excellent sports facilities, and contains central London’s largest outdoor sports area. Hire a rowing boat and join the ducks on the boating lake, visit the Open Air Theatre and London Zoo, then take a stroll up Primrose Hill for excellent views of the London skyline.
