Public Realm Redevelopment

Regent's Place is about to embark upon some exciting improvement work. Starting 15 August, the transformation of the public realm areas surrounding 1 Triton Square will begin, upgrading the space to a beautiful and functional spot for everyone to enjoy.

Using natural materials and extensive planting, the area will also see a new lighting scheme meaning it can also be enjoyed at night.

To the north of 1 Triton Square, Longford Place will be transformed with places for children to play and quiet areas to escape the office for a moment of calm. Timber structures in the area between 1 Triton Square and Brock Street will create a space for people to meet and enjoy the popular food markets on their way to the Plaza, and the pathway to the south of 1 Triton Square will be transformed with planting and timber seating, creating an attractive and green route through the campus.

During this time there will inevitably be some disruption to normal activity on site, and we ask that you bear with us, but measures are in place to keep this disruption to a minimum.

This page will be updated with each new phase improvement work, along with information on how this might affect your visit to Regent’s Place.
