This Christmas Regent’s Place is inviting Londoners to get into the holiday spirit with a beautiful tree and light displays, alongside a fantastic offering of food and drink, and cultural activities.
Regent’s Place will be lit up with an array of lighting installations to spread some festive joy for those who live or work locally. A giant bauble will take centre stage, with twinkling fairy lights across the neighbourhood to complete the dazzling scene. Beautifully decorated Christmas trees, sustainably sourced in Oxfordshire, will also embellish the Regent’s Place neighbourhood. For every tree cut down, two trees will be planted and once the festivities are over, they will return to the farm to be recycled and used within the farm itself.
A Giving Box situated adjacent to the Christmas trees will give visitors the opportunity to make a contactless donation to Camden Giving. The charity aims to end local poverty and inequality in the borough of Camden through volunteering, participatory funding, resident decision-making and employment opportunities. The funds raised by Regent’s Place will support Camden Giving’s work to pay for the services that people really need such as food banks, social clubs, employment training, mental health support and much more.
Regent’s Place visitors can also enjoy some of the fantastic food and drink opportunities in the neighbourhood including The Refinery, which is perfect for groups and will be offering a special Christmas menu with classic and contemporary dishes as well as their house Alpine Aperol cocktail (Aperol, winter spice syrup, prosecco and soda). Beany Green, which serves up Australian healthy dishes is ideal for those looking for an alternative Christmas meal, and The Union Bar, a warm and welcoming spot offering a range of festive dishes and drinks, is the perfect location to toast your latest creation or new skill post class.
For those looking to enjoy some culture, New Diorama Theatre is the perfect spot for an alternative Christmas activity. A pioneering studio theatre in the heart of Regent’s Place, the New Diorama Theatre is dedicated to providing a home for the country’s best independent theatre companies and ensembles.
Regent’s Place is a thriving urban neighbourhood located in between Camden and Fitzrovia. With a diverse community, wellbeing and sustainability at its heart, Regent’s Place is delighted to be raising money for Camden Giving this Christmas.
