Regent’s Place is a 13 acre, fully managed campus owned by British Land, featuring unrivalled local and international transport links, the latest in sustainable design, a lively mix of retail, leisure and public spaces – and all within strolling distance of one of London’s most beautiful parks on one side and the heart of the West End to the other.

Fronting onto the Euston Road, Regent’s Place is situated between King’s Cross and Paddington and benefits from being within a couple of hundred meters of four tube stations – (Regent’s Park, Great Portland Street, Warren Street and Euston Square) – providing access to six different tube lines.  The Heathrow Express and Gatwick Express are each only 3 tube stops away, and Eurostar is just 2 stops away.  The heart of the West End, Oxford Street, is 1 tube stop away or a 10 minute walk to the south.

Regent’s Place totals around two million sq ft of office, retail and residential and is currently home to around 10,000 workers and residents, which will soon grow to nearly 14,000 people.  Occupiers include Aegis, ATOS Origin, Gazprom, Hachette, JP Morgan, Lend Lease, Regus, Ricoh and Santander.  The final phase of development on Brock Street is now completing, and in July it will become the new home for Debenhams’ office HQ.  They will be moving into 175,000 sq ft in 10 Brock Street.

At the heart of Regent's Place is Regent’s Place Plaza, a place to meet, eat, drink and spend time.  In addition it plays host to an array of regular events, from food markets to salsa dancing. Throughout Regent’s Place the open spaces and buildings are enhanced by numerous public art installations, from both internationally recognised names as well as young breakthrough artists commissioned by British Land.

To maintain the highest of standards and ensure a warm welcome, Regent’s Place has a dedicated management team who are on site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days of the year.
